Learn Adobe Illustrator by Tasty Tuts - a quick introductory course on youtube with 20 epsiodes.
Illustrator Training Tutorials on Lynda/LinkedIn Learning - plenty of videos and trainings here. With a LinkedIn account you can get a free month of access. Even better, with a Capital Area District Library (CADL) library card you can get free unlimited access.
Learn Adobe Illustrator Crash Course by Vector Diary - a bit dated, but still a well-organized and presented free program for beginners to learn the basics.
